Tahini Cookies

Hello everyone

As you know I am always trying to put healthy, tasty and easy to make recipes here. Todays recipe is exactly what I am talking about. Tahini cookies are gluten free, refined sugar free, dairy free. Tahini is a good source of Calcium and Omega-3. It is better to get Tahini made from raw sesame seeds rather than tahini made from roasted seeds due to lower fat levels.

Here is the recipe; ( 200 ml glass)

1/2 glass Tahini

1/2 glass maple syrup

1 1/2 tbsp olive oil

1 1/2 glass ground almond

1 1/2 tsp gf baking powder

1 tsp vanilla

Whole blanced almonds

Pre-heat the oven 180 C and put the baking paper into oven tray. Mix the all ingredients in a bowl with wooden spoon. Take a small pieces to make small balls. Add whole almonds on the top of cookies. Bake in the oven 15 minutes. Take it out to leave cool down. Enjoy!
