Very berry anti-inflammatory juice

I thought to start to new year with very refreshing anti oxidant, anti-inflammatory juice, also supporting your liver.

Ingredients:

1 small beetroot ( peel the skin)

1 handful berries

1/4 lemon( keep skin on if organic)

1 small cucumber( keep skin on if organic)

1 apple( green or red)

1 knob of ginger( skin on if organic)

1 knob of turmeric

2 tbsp aloe vera juice

1 stick of celery

1/2 tsp of olive or coconut oil

1 pinch of black pepper

1/2 tsp chia seeds

.Juice the celery, cucumber, apple, ginger, beetroot, turmeric and lemon. Put the juice in the blender and add aleo vera juice, berries, oil, chia seeds and black pepper. Blend them for 10 seconds. Drink straightaway. Enjoy!
